I might be mistaken, but I understand how the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) works in Australia. Each year, a significant portion of the budget is allocated to the disability sector. However, I believe that this industry can be quite corrupt. Many of my friends work in this sector, and I feel that they run their companies primarily to make money rather than to improve people's lives. The government pays around $1 million for just one disability client to the company responsible for their care. While this individual makes some valid points in his discussion, I have concerns about the overall intentions behind these practices.

لیس للانسان الا ما سعی میں پہلی بات کہ انسانِ ہے انسانَ نہیں. دوسری بات کہ یہ آیت سیاق و سباق کے مطابق آخرت کے بارے میں ہے یعنی جھنم یا جنت کا اخروی مقام. تیسری اور اہم بات پورے قرآن میں اللہ نے جگہ جگہ بیان فرمایا ہے کہ ہم جسے چاہتے ہیں بے حساب رزق دیتے ہیں اور جسے چاہے تنگی. اللہ نے جہاں بھی کسی دولت مند کا ذکر کیا اس کے مال و دولت کو وھبی قرار دیا اور نہ کہ اُس کی محنتِ شاقہ اور ذہانت یا سٹریٹجی کا نتیجہ. بلکہ اس کے بر عکس اس تصور کی ہی شدت سے نفی کی. جہاں بھی جُہد، مشقت اور سعی کا ذکر کیا آخرت کے بارے میں. یہ مال و دولت کی فراوانی یا کمی کو تو سراسر ہر دو طرح کی آزمائش ہی قرار دیا. کاروبارِ زندگی رفعِ حاجت کی مانند ہے، اس سے بڑھ کر کچھ نہیں. یعنی ایک امرِ مجبوری. اس کا اتنا تذکرہ اور گلوریفائی کرنا فضول. رحمت تو قرب الہی اور آخرت کی کامیابی کے سوا کچھ نہیں.

@ishrathfathima3085 جو بات سمجھنی چاہیے تھی پر نہیں سمجھی وہ یہ ہے کہ دنیاوی اسباب و آسائشات کسبی نہیں وہبی ہیں ان کے حصول کے لیے کی گئی کاوشوں کا ڈھنڈورا پیٹنا فضول ہے. وگرنہ دنیا بھری پڑی ہے ایسے لوگوں سے جن کی زندگی کی تمام تر مشقت سے سوائے رائگانی کے کچھ حاصل نہ ہوا. ارب پتی کھرب پتی ہونا غلط نہیں بلکہ اسے اپنی کوشش کا ثمر سمجھنا سراسر غلط ہے. اللہ نے متعدد بار یہ بیان کیا کہ بے شک اللہ جسے چاہتا ہے بے حساب رزق دیتا ہے اور جسے چاہتا ہے تنگدستی. ہاں مگر انسانی جُہد اور محنت کے بارے میں کہا کہ و فی ذالک فلیتنافس المتنافسون سلیمان علیہ السلام کی دعا کیا تھی؟؟ "ھب لی ملکا لا ینبغی لاحد من بعدی" کہ اے رب مجھے اسی سلطنت عطا کر کہ میرے بعد کسی کو نہ مل پائے... سو آج دنیا کے سب محنت کش، سٹریٹجسٹ، با کمال لوگ مل کر بھی سلیمان علیہ السلام کی سی آسائشات اور اسباب کیوں نہیں بنا سکتے. کیونکہ وہ سب وہبی تھا کسبی نہیں. سلیمان علیہ السلام نے تو فقط اس کا لطف لیا ہے انجوائے کیا ہے. عثمان غنی کا کوئی ایک قول یا تعلیمات دکھاؤ جس میں انھوں یہ سب لمبی لمبی ہانکیں ہوں کہ فلاں سکل حاصل کرو، یوں سٹریٹیجائز کرو اور ایسے پلان کرو؟؟؟ بلکہ ان کی تو وہ بات یاد کرو جو مدینہ کے باہر قحط کے دنوں میں اپنا مال مہنگے داموں بیچنے کی بجائے کہا کہ میں تو اسے فروخت کروں گا جو مجھے گیارہ (یا ستر) گنا منافع دے گا اور پھر سب کچھ شہر میں مفت بانٹ دیا تھا. قارون جس نے اپنی دولت کا کریڈٹ خود کو دیا کہ یہ تو میں نے اپنے علم یعنی قابلیت سے حاصل کی، اسے دھنسا دیا. اور آخر میں عرض ہے کہ میرا پوائنٹ یہ نہیں تھا کہ ارب یا کھرب پتی نہ بنو. بلکہ یہ کہ اگر بن گئے ہو تو جان لو کہ یہ صرف اللہ کی عطا ہے تم نہ کھپتے تو ارب پتی ہی ہوتے کیونکہ یہ مقدر کر دیا گیا تھا. ہاں مگر آخرت کے درجات کی بلندی بنا کھپے نہیں. اس کے لیے جتنا کھپاؤ گے خود کو صرف اتنا ہی مقام ملے گا اگرچہ وہ بھی رحمتِ الہی کے طفیل. شاید کہ ترے دل میں اتر جائے مری بات
