How I went from Iron to Plat in Eternal Return

As a peak Immortal player in KR what worked for me was nonstop trial and error (routes,matchups,playstyles,etc.) which meant dying like a pepega several times for the sake of learning something once you're aware of every situation the game can throw at you, the game becomes hella easier and the ranked rewards would be a cakewalk for everybody it's either you win or you learn

yeah like if its an end of season push and your getting high elo lobbies i'd play passive but you'll get better quicker if your agro!

Good vid, even if I somewhat disagree with rule no. 5. If you're playing strictly to climb then i guess it's effective to an extent, but playing to get better instead of playing for placements will be better for you as a player in the long run. And when you're a better player, high placements and ranks will come naturally.

Thanks! I'm not sure what you disagree with! I actually talk about playing to get better and playing more aggressive rather than placements at the backend of the video! When I talk about step 5 I think you should always set yourself up for the opportunities to 3P and not get 3P. I don't think that would be mutually exclusive to playing to get better! Despite playing since the first alpha I can't even get any legitimate kills (as in any situation other than when Chiara was considered broken), and my shit memory means I completely fail at routing and get destroyed by people who somehow have their build done in three minutes. I guess it means that either "anyone can do it" is false, or I don't count as a person (honestly, the second option is probably the more likely one).

I think it just takes more time for some people than others! If your memory is shit you just have to grind one character and one route! I'm def not a super smart guy but after a couple hundred games of adri I could do like 2 of her routes with my eyes closed! Hope you stick with the game despite having a hard time! It does feel rewarding when u get everything down!

some routes are less intuitive than others for some people find one that clicks with you and play it a lot

The KR players love a 3p, I actualyy don't think they can fight 1 vs 1 at all, everytime I fight them 1 vs 1 I win, but I get 3p'd, kinda sad way to play tbh.

3p is actually less and less of a thing now with how ppl appear on the map. Only the conclusion is telegraphed so I've noticed more fair fights but yeah still high mobility characters can zroom in and 3p after the fight went down

I know the first big power spike is laurel wreath! That's why a lot of hart players contest cem tree!

Is full build by night 1 a standard achievable on all characters? I've found it extremely hard to do this and I feel like I'm pretty good at efficient pathing (I play a lot of League and Jungle and know about the micro nuances of Jungle speed clearing for example) I found when I play Yuki or Hart or someone like that it's super hard to get full build by night 1, compared to someone like Adela

Some characters have builds that are a little more intense! Like William you have to build a second weapon! But yes I think even those kind of builds can be done by night 1!

So a lot of leveling up mastery is fighting other characters! So if you are afk farming, you really have to be lucky in getting areas people haven't farmed to keep up solely on farm.

Yeah that's tough. Only solution I know is to hop on KR or NA with ExitLag or something like that but hopefully playerbase grows so u don't have to!

@@Adritoma Effectiveness of services like ExitLag, WTFast or Mudfish depends pretty heavily on where you live. If your route to the server is already stable as it is, chances are you're only going to make your ping worse due to the VPN.

I know this probably doesn't help but I know a lot of ppl who use VPNs or Exitlag to play on KR servers for stuff like duos and squads that don't pop NA. I hope EU grows tho!
