I do this change in the original plan, I build the full homepage on framer and then send it to the leads, I will use this approach to see if it get more response than the 'old' method, today I will do at least 10 homepage and tomorrow start talking with them.

I love your channel, please just one question is Framer a capable program for building ecommerce stores like if I have a client doing ecommerce of physical products should I design the store on Framer withe the Checkout and the whole thing then integrate the payment gateways like Stripe & PayPal ? I subscribe to the basic package but it can only accommodate 1000 visitors, too small for a business, especially my clients, what if before 1 month it reaches 1000? How do I determine prices for my clients?

What type of local business has a website with only one page? Basic plan is 10,000 visits. Not 1000. And to get 1000 visits per month on a local business website, it's actually A LOT of visits. If you get to that point, they are supposed to be making a lot of money. Impressions aren't visits. Visits = validated clicks that translate into a page view

My problem with framer has been the transfer process. When you use a remix link the client is forced to set up domain by themselves, the average business owner does not know how to do that. And to be able to set it up for them, they would have to invite you as a collaborator, meaning they would have to opt in for the pro plan, even if they dont really need it. Im just curious, how do you tackle this problem in your process?

No, you only have to create a framer account on their behalf, do it yourself, and that’s it. I create an email with their name on proton mail. And do everything. Or, you can do it over a zoom call.

Gotcha, if a client wants an update on their site, maybe a new section or somerhing. How would you approach it then? Would you create a new site with a new account or would you ask them to upgrade to pro, and invite you as a collaborator?

@@mansanderlund2535 no brother, I would just ask them to give me their credientials! All of my clients happily give me their credientials when they pay for maintenance.

@@framerwme Oh I see, my concern with that was if a client signs up using their google account, they would most likely not hand the credentials to me. But if they have a new email account, that would no longer be a problem. Great stuff man. What do you charge for maintenance and what would you include in such a offer? A framer site doesnt need any plugins updated or such so Im curious what you’re able to offer the client.

I offer on-going SEO optimization & promotion updates. Adding a new pop-up, removing a pop-up, changing text, adding a treatment page, removing a treatment page, etc. Typical maintenance at $250 per month. On-going SEO optimization at $500 per month. Currently charging a client $950 per month for SEO + 4 newsletter per month.
