Why prospects think giving me 8k is a good idea 🙄 🤷🏻? (for a website)

Next video will be long "webinar style" on how I got my clients (there are some I fired that I will also talk about), what worked for me, what didn't. I already had a client that I charged 3.5k for a bespoke website and she was the one that opened my eyes because her accountant told me we thought it was a scam. Why? Because it was too cheap lol. They got quotes ranging from 10 up to 35k.

Thanks for the video. I sometimes find it difficult to promise a number of leads in some industries - if you only sell the website alone. Because a good website alone does not mean that the visitors (target group) will come to the website. If it happens purely via the website, e.g. via content and SEO, then it can also take some time, depending on the industry, until the page ranks well and only then do individual leads come in.

@@andreas-stricker No need to promise a “number of leads”. Business is patience, SEO is patience. I agree with you, that’s why I use newsletters now as an “entry door” to help them make quick wins. Then, I upsell to website.

There are some idiots who build website in 100$ including copywriting, graphic hosting cost but when you look at their website it is soo shity I would rather not build a website at all then doing this, there are always people who ruine market rate to gain more customers and later deliver bad service with complaint about less profit margin 😅

I try to not call them idiots but I 100% agree with you haha. There are some people who just don't know better. And some prospects are willing to pay abusrd amount of money just for the "experience" of not being treated as "another client". Many don't and won't get it, ever.

what are some other niches for high ticket client?

Any business that generates 30k+ per month. An easy way to determine that is by the price of their service. The more the website could bring them MORE of those clients that pay a lot of money to them, the more the website would be worth a higher price tag.

Do you do website with functions like booking systems, online shops etc. or only designs? Because with Framer I think you can only do Designs

I don't need to do the booking systems on Framer. Most businesses already use a software, the purpose of the website is to send visitors to the booking page. As for online shops, yes it is possible but not relevant for my niche as much. If the client needs an online shop, I use Webflow because Framer lacks that functionality for now.

Hey, yes check my previous video about complementary skills. My MRR is solely based on services not directly related to web design. In short: newsletter writing, paid ads management are my bread & butter for reccurent income.

I don't why it's getting deleted. Thank you for the kind words brother. As for Discord, I got this proposition many times and unfourtenaly I'm not interested for the sole reason it would take too much brain power for me at this moment. I gotta keep working on my agency + building my education business. Now is not the right time for me to handle a community or have one altogether, I prefer to wait and do it the right way!
