You are the real deal, Dylan, congratulations on your win! And you tell us about these races really well, chronicling the pace and the strategy and the moves and the gels and beverages. All of it is interesting, and 150 miles is long enough for these races, no? It seems perfect for everything other than Kanza, which has earned its place as the Indy 500 on the calendar by being the original big-time gravel event in the heartland. And it does seem a little odd that on race day, during the race, the farmers were making the call on the distance. No knock as those roads are their livelihood, but surely there had been meetings beforehand? Whatever, no matter, it was a successful event and you are the champion, congrats again and just think, now the competition is training with thoughts of smoking you, somewhere on a gravel road far, far away.

Fantastic Dylan! Subbing you, sometime back, was predicated on your use of science data along with the smart & useful application of it in your coaching. Further, as a coach myself (Resilience focus) I’ve learned to keep porous to other well grounded perspectives, for example, Joel Friel. As many here, I’m highly competitive, and at 62, plan on such till I’m 102🤞and as such, I’m fortunate to learn from you and Joel, on either end of the age spectrum. Thank you for your considerate sharing here, knowing the time and effort it takes to do so. Congrats on your win. 👏👍

Hi Dylan, Been a long time follower and look forward to your vids! I would like to add as a customer the experience I had with Flow Formulas Nutrition. I reached out to ask some questions and was surprised that Hannah was the owner and one responding back to me. She was super nice and helpful. When I received the order a little hand written note was in it thanking me for the purchase. I just went into the off season, but looking forward to trying this when I'm back at it in a few weeks.
