I'm just started buying recording gear and got ez drummer 2. I love it. Makes songwriting so much easier. I basically taught myself how to use the daw, how to edit, use ez drummer 2, and to learn all the basics of recording all by watching KZbin videos! 🤘

Very informative video for us beginners. I am not a drummer, and I always wanted to figure this out when it comes to recording songs. Thank you for giving us something to start off with.

I liked how you added dynamics with the drums - you said about bringing it down to half time - how ? I find if in the track and cubase is set to a tempo that it plays it all the same. I have been noodling and practicing recording but i find it all sits at one pace and being able to actually slow it down but keep a similiar or recognisable beat would help me

Half Time/Double Time can be achieve with the drop-down menu at the top panel of the Browser or Search Tab, or by right-clicking on a midi block in your Song Track and selecting Change Tempo in EZD2. Then drag that file to your DAW's track if you're using a DAW. More on my page...

Did you put ez drummer first before recording the guitar?

where do you get the drum set?

Thank you for the info. Can you tell me why when I put my drum track into the reaper saw it makes a track for every drum and cymbal instead of just one small track like yours? I’m trying to make multiple different tracks and tempos but I’d need 100 tracks if I wanna do that

Great video and song! A few questions 1. Do they ask for copyright revenue on KZbin with these beats? 2. Is it a also full multi-track recorder, where you can also add anything you want like vocals, etc? 3. What are you using for your guitar sound in EZdrummer?
@AbelHernandezguitar5 жыл бұрын
No, once you purchase EZ Drummer there samples and midi tracks are yours to use however you like. And it is not a multi track recorder, the tracks you see in the background were recorded in Cubase.
