Well done with the weight loss! I’ve just been diagnosed for a couple months, and I was wanting to lose weight beforehand, and am now worried I won’t be able to, so I appreciate hearing your success.

Yes, I think it was harder on the tablets, but I needed to. Don't be too hard on yourself. I you aren't quite ready to, though

@@Letsfaceittogether Thank you :) Luckily mine has started out mild, so I’m holding off on starting meds as long as possible while nursing my baby, but there’s been a few days where I’ve been worried it’s ready to progress way worse. I’m gonna try a weight management program through our hospital to try to get the best results before that happens though. I hate feeling like my time is ticking with the life I had planned for. I dunno what my new future will be. I’ve always loved active hobbies, and I feel like being active can be a trigger :/. Thus weight loss is gonna be even harder.

I’m glad you’ve had a good run. I enjoy listening to you and I agree, multiple health conditions seem to exacerbate each other. I also have gastroparesis and esophageal spasms. All stemming from the nervous system. And they are all invisible. I’m going on a week long fast. I’ve heard a lot say they just feel physically and mentally better after doing it. We will see. I am very limited in what I can eat anyway, so maybe it won’t be too difficult. You sound good, as compared to other videos I’ve listened to. Great job on the weight loss! Take good care of yourself. And your Mum💝. I took care of mine too. Extraordinarily difficult, but wouldn’t change a thing about it. Blessings.

@@Letsfaceittogether thank you, dear. I’ve been distracting myself (seems like I do it a lot) with all the news about the death of the Queen. I have been a lifelong admirer of her and have read everything I could ever get my hands on about the RF. Not the gossipy stuff, but historical. She was truly an extraordinary woman. I loved her. Someone definitely to look up to. I’m an American and I know many of us feel the same way. She can truly rest now. She has earned it. You be kind to yourself. Blessings.
