Wear jackets so you can wear the pocketsquere. I do think the linnen: grey, brown & blue. Non sallad 🥗 pattern inspired are a bit to rear. I usualy wear those colores. I think the pocketsquere is very underrated, because it can sort of bring all your clodes together, and add some interest, without being overly matched. Think it both elevate the style level and add some understated playfullness.

What do you recommend when the pocket square keeps falling inside the pocket? That is, the breast pocket seems too deep for the square and the square soon disappears in the pocket. How do you prevent that?

Use bigger squares. There are two sizes you can buy. Also, cotton or wool squares don’t fall down as easily as silk.

@@russ9921 When I buy squares, there's only one size. I prefer silk but have used cotton, too. The problem is the same; if the pocket is deeper than the square, it slides down. I've heard some people putting tape on the square (or pocket) to keep it in place.

I do wish producers of pocket squares would leave off their labels or sew their labels less closely onto the fabric of the square. The stuff version can sometimes move around during wear and end up showing the label, above the breast pocket, so I’ve taken to removing the label, but it isn’t always easy to detach. If a pocket handkerchief for blowing your noise has no label, why do manufacturers insist on putting them on pocket squares?

It's always about the compliments on these kind of YT videos but I don't dress up for the attention. I just do it because I enjoy it. It's for me, not for you. And in my country noone ever gives you a compliment so it doesn't matter anyway. I wear a tie to a job where my collegues wear tshirts so it's not like I have to, I just enjoy looking good and it's a hobby.
