How Impulse Training can improve Ground Reaction Forces

Impulse, or the amount of force a golfers applies over a time period, can be an additional analysis tool when looking at ground reaction forces.
One key impulse is the lateral impulse in the backswing, when a golfer has a bit more time to build up impulse for better motion.
In this video Dr Tyler Standifird, professor of Biomechanics at Utah Valley University, shows how training to improve the lateral force and lateral impulse can help improve a golfers motion.
