both stacks are needed one triggers the spring and the other triggers the noteblock via the spring.

15:40 I think the intended strat was that the front end of the spiny “train” would activate the p-switch, and then the back end of the train would hit the note block, release the bob-bomb, and hit the POW. Wouldn’t work if the back end of the train was despawned. Grabbing the spiny shell and tossing it up is a heck of a lot simpler, though!

On the spikey level you needed both of the stacks to make it. One to hit the p switch, so the coin on top of the note block appears and then the other to bounce onto it and activate the pow

There's a full pixel on the ledge. A TAS can make that mid air easy. In all fairness to the creator, the jumps are, as you have shown, at least _possible_ for a real player as well and there have been far more insane, super precise levels. But for a kaizo level it makes no sense to make it this short and that precise. It's not stylish but simply overly tight. The point is probably to record it so the execution looks stylish, but I think spring drops are about the ugliest thing I've ever seen so it gets a 1 out of a 100 for style, a 0 out of a 100 for fun.
