Quick notes about the video for those who don't have the time to watch: Most of success is about Psychology. It’s a mindset thing. Successful people don’t come from a specific history, background. They are from everywhere. Success comes from how we manage our days/weeks. Every person say these when they explore something new: "I don’t know how to do that." "I don’t have those things." "I'm not like those people." But what differentiates the successful people from the regular ones is this: Regular people STOP. They stop because everything is unknown. The truth is that everybody dreams and has a vision. When we stop and think for 5 minutes, we can figure out a rough way to succeed. Instead of stoping, successful people say: „MY JOB IS TO LEARN THAT!“. "MY JOB IS TO BECOME THAT PERSON." If they don’t know how to build a website they go and learn how to create a website. They put it in their agenda and see it as a job. If I want that dream, something else has to come from inside me. You can start today, to live life from your highest ideals. You have permission to become your best self. You don’t need permission from someone else. Next time you say „I don’t know.“, make a plan how to achieve that. Write it on your agenda and be that person.

Identification with the body and thoughts is the chief reson for all misery. Ask yourself ''Who am I?'' Now all these thoughts will come: ''I am this.. I am that..'' Notice it's just thougths. Ignore them and ask: To whom do these thoughts arisen? The answer should be ''to me''. Then ask again: Who am I? You are unchangeable, have you noticed that? Wherever you go, wherever you are, you are the same. All sights, sounds, feelings, thoughts, smells etc changes EVERY second, but you are unchangeable and permanent. Who are you? Feelings come and go but you are still there, thoughts come and go but you remain as the same. You are therefore not emotions nor thoughts. You are the consciousness in which they arise and disappear. Just like sights and sounds also appear and disappear in consciousness. You are therefore reality itself. You're Being. Discriminate yourself from all attachments and hold onto the unchangeable I which is ever present. If you can hold onto this I long enough without distraction of thoughts, the world will disappear and the Truth alone shine forth. Remeber: Your duty is to Be, and not this or that.

My lord, that is really a good video talking about things that makes us realize that we are the only ones to make things happen and it is all up to us. At the same time without saying things like ' we have the power' it actually by all he says the way he says he believes in human potential and he implies that anyone can do whatever they want if they want and are willing to work for that. Gosh.. I am delighted to have watched this, it is inspirational, charged with life, with energy of transformation. ;-)

Literally just cried watching this! I said yesterday to my friend how much I had changed with building so many skills that seem somewhat unrelated from becoming a Chartered Physiotherapist to being a TV/Radio Presenter, to becoming a vlogger, learning to film and edit to becoming a blogger and now photographer and building my own website and online following. The exact term I used was that if the universe was a fairy godmother and wanted to grant me my wishes, I'm not sure which one it would go for. After watching this video, I literally cried because I simply realised that actually all this time, what I've been doing is adapting to the changes around me and learning the skills I need to achieve the success I'm after. I have somehow figured that times are changing and I'm needing to "become" the things I'm lacking! I had to pause this to cry it off. Thanks Brendon! x

Wow, I just want to say this has really opened up my eyes. I attended a convention today and one of the speakers shared a personal story and said "I ask my kids 3 questions every night before they go to bed 1) What was the best part of today? 2) What did you learn from today? 3) How can you make tomorrow better? Hearing that speaker and watching this video made me realize there are so much in this world to offer to us human beings. We CAN all change the world in some way or become what we want to become, It's up to us and how we speak to ourselves to set goals to achieve anything. THANKS BRANDON! This is very inspiring. I probably have seen this video ten times and I truly love it each time. The best advice I ever got from Brendon Burchard at one of his live events was just get started! Even if when we start we are terrible at it just do it and get better as we are moving forward. Took his advice when starting my own KZbin channel. The first 30 videos I am so embarrassed by but it's finally to a level I am feeling confident with and getting better every week by learning from others and the skills along the way. Thank you Brendon for the inspiration.

To get into a position of wealth rich successful people may have put many hours into working at first but it was no harder than someone else. Many people work hard and work smart but the outcome is different. It is easy to work hard when what you are doing is working or succeeding, when you are in a winning grove. Most people work their ass off with no luck but bad luck, and no real chance of success, and that is hard. Success and winning is always easy but ultimately it is not up to you. The truth as it relates to conscious life has been revealed and it turned out to be better than anything we could have imagined. The real truth will set people free, and fulfill them here and now with what they have or do not have. Google *_Truth Contest_* and read the top entry called "The Present".

I love this kind of video, thanks! It took me 14 years to write my first novel Peach Blossom Pavilion in English and to be published by a New York publisher which went on to sell very well. I am an immigrant from HK (now part of China) and English is my second language. I took many writing and grammar classes to help improve my English. Now I have seven novels published, the newest got a very good review by the New York Times. Persistence as pointed out by Brendon, thank you!

This all depends on what your definition of success is. You can't take this one man's materialistic viewpoint on success and make that your view. What you have to do is create your own meaning of success. Your views should not be based around the amount of money that you make, but what makes you happy. People are too obsessed over climbing to the top of the social ladder to the point where that is all their life revolves around. In the end money and fame are all superficial so be conscious of the way that you were socialized in this every growing capitalistic world.

The message in this video is brief but concise. Whether you believe you're gifted or talented in anything by itself will most likely not bring success - it's the hard work that's necessary. And part of that hard work is to expand your skills and constantly work on them. That's it. Thanks for the video.

Reading High Performance Habits right now and you are definitely bringing massive value and I am truly inspired. I can truly relate to the concept you talk about here in this video. There was something I wanted, I didn't want to get it from other people, so I built my own business and created what I wanted. Now 5 years later, my business continues to grow. I am now working on additional niches and designing my own courses. There is nothing but opportunity out there and the first thing to do is believe in your own ability and make it happen. "Success" is not simply psychological. Much of it is genetic. Someone who is born with mental retardation or a low IQ, will not learn much no matter how much they try. In my case, I am not stupid nor unnattractive, but have psychiatric disturbances that are resistant to treatment due to a very traumatic/abusive childhood. Your motivational spiel will only help a very specific subset of genetically privileged people. Oversimplifying and generalizing the issue of success is what causes people to point fingers and blame people for their own lack of wealth, when most of the time people are simply doing the best they can according to their born abilities. There is a specific albeit statistically small portion of people who are genetically and socially privileged who only need a motivation to become rich. For most people it is not that simple.

You do not always have to live with that, fact that you were able to write above proves that you have enough to be more happy and successful in life, May be not always money wise is what success means. Our body is amazing, we are the Universe and have all the powers within to discover everything that we would like and it is not hypothetical, Go within yourself and you can heal yourself.

I love this! And I’ll add: if you want to achieve something or become great at something, don’t spend all your time figuring it out yourself. There are people out there who’ve already mastered it. Immerse yourself in other people’s wisdom! Read their books, watch their videos, go to where they hang out, find organizations they are a part of, ask them questions, emulate what they do, learn from their mistakes, stand on their shoulders to reach even further. ❤️

@zeroresistance7203
@zeroresistance7203 10 жыл бұрын
MoRo1333 success is something you have always been living with.... you have every kind of abilities in your mindset... all you have to do is work hard and really hard to get to the point were you can't challenge yourself anymore... like i for one right now is terrible with womens at daytime..... i've said to myself to go out each day and just talk to one women.... right now i'm having five to ten conversations with attractive strangers of the opposite sex.... sometimes i also go out on an instant date.... i find it to be very cool over how i see myself for 6 years ago not even being able to speak to a women.... and today i'm quite comfortable in it... even thou i can become better i know it... but im clueless over how to get there but maybe after ten thousand of approaches i might be there.... this is what i myself call success, because i want to have many friends all over the world..... there is many difference one but tbh this video what it talks about is having a positive mindset.... like example i usually play sometimes teamplayer game of five people against five.... this game goes out on kill each other and you get gold for it.... and there is this thing about some people... something i usually do is i always pick out the good sides and reward em for it.... but the bad sides.... i do not reward at all.... im just saying ah... better luck next time.... good thing you participated etc..... this is what i find a person with a great positive mindset should have..... meanwhile there is this other one who says why did you do that when you coulda done that instead... aka the one whom has a negative mindset..... this negative mindset will provoke eventually conflicts in the team.... so actually in my opinion this clip only said to me one thing.... which is have a positive mindset[don't even think of being realistic] and do not be afraid to fail.
