Bro u can self apply pass at gangtok. While i did my north sikkim bike trip with 3 other riders we had self made the pass from Mangan district office for just Rs 300 for 3 bikes. Hope one day will just vlog like u n share more details . Cool video bro my memories got refreshed❤️
