how install sound card windows 10 - sound card settings (PCIe) - Boat Speaker

I have an old dlink wifi router . I want to connect it to my tplink wifi routor to extend the wifi range.. But the tplink wifi router support 4 wire internet cable(internet lan) and dlink have 2 wire internet port only . How to connect these two ?? and how to completely reset all passwords, user name of dlink old router ??? Plz make a video on it or tell me what to do ??

sir mere pass sound blaster sb0880 7.1 hai mere pass window 10 hai without drivers b automatically howe hai but mere pass cd ne hai sound card ki or me optical me use karna chah raha ho ta ke surround sound alag alag aa sake kaya cd hona zarori hai jis se hum settings kar sake apne system me ya cd ki zarorat ne hoti me chah raha ho mere pc me software ho sound card ka jis se me settings change kar sako playback me b configuration ka option ne chal raha wo stereo jab select karo tab configuration work karta hai kindly sir mere bataye Thanks
