Sir, I would of never had brought auto insurance from All-State insurance. Due to the fact they do not use OEM parts for replacement in an accident. Larry

Why does your insurance go up even though you were not at fault? You get hit not the other way around?

I’ve found that to be a state specific thing. Not all states allow insurance to increase after one not-at-fault claim. Usually if there’s 2 or more, they’re allowed to.
