theres some truth to this because i remember when I was 19 and I went swimming offgrid, walking back to the car I didnt need a flashlight because I was able to see the shade of the trail enough to walk in the woods in the dark. I would always wear a white tee shirt so my friends can just follow my shirt as i walked slowly
