ACL reconstruction can be performed in a variety of ways, including patellar tendon graft harvesting, hamstring graft harvesting, quadriceps graft harvesting, and allograft, or tissue donated from another person.

Hello, I am from Morocco. Actually, I need ACL surgery but it's quite difficult to access this kind of services in my home country. So my question is; how much does it cost in terms of the whole process from the surgery to recovery. In my case, it's been a long time since the cruciate ligament has cut off in a football game. Thanks in advance for any information concerning such injury's affects as my knee has not been operated on yet?!

If you are planning on going to a different country for your surgery I don't recoomend going to America as it is very expensive.

I had meniscus and acl reconstructive sergery 3 days ago and I'm walking on my leg with no crunches.does anyone know if this is bad or good for my knee?

The studies about wearing a brace after ACL surgery suggest that it makes no difference in terms of failure rates; however, I suggest to my patients that they wear a brace for 4 weeks after surgery in order to protect them and slow them down as well as to show others around them to take notice. If you had a meniscal repair, I would recommend being even more careful and wear a brace.

Iam 23 My knee feels loose , and i feel little pain a year ago like needles crunching, but not that much heavier,what will be the reason it will be a meniscus tear or ACL?
