Brazil launched their Pro-Alcohol program in the 70's as a creative solution against the oil crisis, resulting that E100 (pure hydrous ethanol: 95% ethanol and 5% water) is available in every single station throughout the country. It's an effective gasoline-free fuel. The standard gasoline in Brazil is E25, containing 25% of anhydrous ethanol.

I was wondering after fermentation do they have to use antibiotics to kill all the bacteria and then go to distillation? The other thing I was wondering do they have to denature the ethanol with 3% gasoline to make unfit for human consumption to get around the alcohol tax? The last thing I was wondering since the corn or sugarcane isn't meant to be consumed, are they less regulated in what insecticides and fertilizer they use to grow the crops?

and if you do not dry the Ethanol out BUT dilute it from 95% to 40%/50% and add some juniper berries, cardamom seed, coriander seed and cinnamon stick. Let it rest for 6 to 18 months you have Gin
