For a true believer who understands the gravity of the situation of that day , not getting subjected to the torment of Grave and torment of Hellfire is itself a huge triumph. Who cares who else got what reward ??? I won’t be bothered at all whether my sinning neighbour went to higher level in paradise if I am saved from the torment of hellfire myself that day !! My entry into paradise and other rewards will all be purely due to Allahs mercy and Grace.

Assalamu Alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh! I love this Sheikh and I am so very thankful for him and his time to advice us all dear brothers and sisters. And to you Just a layman I want to say Jazak allahu kheiran for posting these videos. I am so thankful and feel so humble (and small due to how incredible Allah swt is) because I was a Christian, a Protestant and I am born, raised and lives in Norway which is a non Muslim country in the western world and highly influenced by the false believes of Islam being the big enemy. Today is Christmas Eve and in Norway it’s celebrated today and I took my Shahadah very late in August this year so today is my first Christmas ever without a stocking waiting for me or any gifts to be wrapped up and delivered in a hurry to family and friends before the Christmas dinner after which they all are going to open the presents and I feel very anxious about today because I promised my Mamma that I will come home and eat dinner with her and my stepdad and my brothers (my brothers are my siblings with the same Pappa, but our parents are divorced and have married new people, but alhamdulillah they are very good friends) and my brothers are really harassing me about Islam and the dinner which will be served today is pork in many forms but Mamma promised me to make her homemade brown sauce and potatoes which I love so I’m safe regarding the food. But I am very anxious about my family and how they will deal with seeing me with my new dress code which includes hijab and long dresses which are not fitted or showing any curves. Alhamdulillah your videos with this dear Sheikh are helping me so much you have no idea. Like I said I am a new Muslim so my knowledge is very limited but alhamdulillah I can pray in Arabic now and understand what I say without holding anything to guide me through the Salat. Jazak allahu kheiran if you really read all this. May Allah bless you and all of us brothers and sisters in faith all over the world. Assalamu Alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh

I try and watch as much of this channel as I can when I have the time, and without fail, I learn something new. Sometimes the worst sinners become the best repenters. We ask Allah to accept our repentance and keep us from sinning and give each person his/her just rewards in Jannah. Ameen.

I think the caller had a brilliant question and it didn’t seem he was questioning Allahs judgement, more so asking for clarification, Sheikh Assims answer confirmed great reward for not indulging in sin in the first place and holding restraint. From seeing/hearing things in my own experiences there’s plentiful (new generation) of young Muslims who will indulge in haraam, knowing he/she has an opportunity to be forgiven, so many a time they don’t refrain, but then there are those who do and so, just like the caller, I often did think why would the one who had repented be on the same status as the one who didn’t commit any sin at all. Anyway great question and explanation of it.

It is not easy to repent. Not as easy as to say it. I love the analogy of reciting al ikhlas 3 times. Think of this too, How fair it is for a born muslim who must perform all obligations for whole life, compare with 60 years old who revert and die after a few days, while still learning how to salah and not perfecting salah yet? Allah has his reason and justice.
@grandmillenial79602 жыл бұрын
Reverting is another thing my brother the one who reverts all his past sins are turned into good deeds immagine that ! And you may be born in islam but a revert could be of high status than you this is possible .

If someone commits zina then it would be extremely hard for them to go back to the original state of innocence. I don't think repentance would be easy for them. And even after repentance, it would be hard not to do it again. Especially sexual intercourse which is greatest pleasure than anything else. Naudhu Billah. Edit: Maybe that's why Allah has commanded us to not even come close to zina. Because it cannot be quit easily.
@Ersilay2 жыл бұрын
Repentance was made easy. Only sincerity is required. It does not mean the original state can be regained, the "experience" remains but the account in the hereafter can be voided. I believe repentance is also a slow process of slowly erradicating the will to sin. It does not necessarily counteract a large amount of sin when it comes to how you're going to act but it at least allows the person to remain sincere in his repentance. Once you lose that sincerity, there simply is no coming back unless Allah wishes so.
@sea1203052 жыл бұрын
Yes, and to repent is not easy as it said. The guilt and remorse must come first as soon as the sins was committed.

Allah is All Wise as there is a Quran verse where Allah could even change the sins into virtues and its not to forget the decree of Allah too here. But the Sheik gives a good comparison of reading 3 iklass suras .So this should not lead into sins arrogantly which is misguidance of Shaitan. So avoid doubting the judgement of Allah as Allah knows the best.

Assalamu Alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh Do you have any videos of the Sheikh advising on prayer for when I am in a home outside my town with family which are non Muslims and if that’s considered travel so I can pray 2 rakats instead of 4 or how to get my prayers valid when I am not in my home and in presence of people who really are against Islam? And also how I am supposed to act regarding to my brothers (siblings) who I would love for them to enter Islam and how I shall conduct myself to presenting Islam in the best way possible and show my beloved family who are non Muslims that Islam is the truth? Do you have any videos of these topics? Now I have to pray Fajr alhamdulillah 💖🌸💚 Assalamu Alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh
To the one ask the question: Ofcourse the first one will get higher reward than the second one, like all prophets compare to us. But you misunderstood. It is about comparing to you yourself not to others. when you repent to Allah, your sin will be wiped out so you will not get punished. Allah is the most merciful.

We need to believe that Allaah has made oppression haraam upon Himself and that He will never oppress His slaves. That's all we need to know. Everyone will get the share of what they earned and they will not be oppressed even the weight of an atom. Allaah is Ar-Raheem, Al-Hakeem.

All of the children of Adam AS are sinful. The mercy of Allah cannot be questioned. And Allah is not unjust to His creation, so everyone would be rewarded justly, fairly by His will.

I would have liked to hear about people who didn't have a proper Islamic up bringing who were exposed to many sins as compared to Muslims who had proper Islamic upbringings and were raised on the faith and had the knowledge, the high iman, and the defenses to avoid major sins like Zina, while other people were either non-Muslim or had casual Muslim parents and were not raised upon Islam and were obviously encouraged to commit zina in every direction and did not have the proper knowledge or Iman or defenses that the former had. I'm sure the sitaution in this regard would be different too, Imagine a person becoming Muslim or a person who had casual Muslim parents embracing the faith and turning away from those sins he committed which are ADDICTING and takes a lot of effort to give up, the only thing that can make that happen is Iman. So I would have liked to hear the sheikh make a differentiation, to me it's not fair for a person who had proper Islamic upbringings and was equipped with the knowledge and faith to defend himself against such sins, while the other Muslim had to struggle and obtain those things without the assistance of their parents and decided to do it on their own. A hijrah from sin to good in this regard should be rewarded more than the Muslim who had everything he needed from birth. I'm thinking the sheikh has to be talking about a Muslim equipped with the proper Islamic upbringing for both sthem and one ends up succumbing to that sin, then sure I get what the sheikh is saying. What we accept, is that Allah is fair. I seek Allah's reward for finding Sunni Islam on my own with help of some Muslim friends, which is something he wouldn't be able to do, so we are rewarded in different situations.

Do the comments follow the truth or do they follow the intellects of men? Quran 6:116 - But if you follow most of those who are in the land, they will lead you astray from the Way of Allah. They follow naught but opinion (conjecture or suspicion) and they only guess.

Is it not permissible to read the quran in one day?
@nmpoy2 жыл бұрын
I think he meant to say ‘assuming that it is “possible”’ because he follows with “if not, then in 3 days”. As in if it’s not possible to finish in one day, then 3 days
@shaziaishtiaq31172 жыл бұрын
Yes , it's not permissible...there should be a minimum of 3 days at least
@redkakkarot2 жыл бұрын
I think sheikh was trying to give an example. That's why he said " if that's even possible " meaning it is not possible. Unless someone read like 1 minute for each page without pondering the meaning and include the madd.
