This is one of the issues. Greed can backfire. It's better to be generous with the gems.

note on the photo rally thing or whatever it is, it said several countries were excluded for whatever reason, even for the gems. so yeah, nothing for a while for some of us

Wish I could go back to those good old times of this game back in 2019 to 2021/22 time line, in that period the game was at its peak in my opinion in-terms of how the overall environment of the game was, not like nowadays toxic heavy gacha environment which only let you feel frustration than any fun at all especially if you belong to the category of f2p. 3rd anniversary is the final stopping point of that beautiful era of the game after that it just started going in such an unhealthy way, I still somehow did tolerate 1 year after that which was the worst 1 year I ever had with this game but still was sticking to it because I loved the game & was a day 1 beta player from the start, but the 4 anniversary is where I just couldn't take it anymore, it was very clear to me what the devs real intentions are & the fact that those good old times will never come back where it used to be way more fun & relaxing environment which is how a pokemon game should be, rather than todays toxic, full of frustration than little fun, heavy gacha stuff & a clear anti-f2p strategies environment of the game. I waited log enough for the situation to change & goes back to being how welcoming the game was but its just hopeless now, so I finally just quit it which I should have done right after the 3rd anniversary, at-least that way I wouldn't have those 1 year of bad experience with the game, but still I will just want to remember the time before that which I enjoyed to the fullest, now I am completely moved on from this game & judging by how things are going I really doubt I will ever come back to it again. Sometimes I still wonder how the game could have been after all these years if they stick to the way how it was , changes are fine but not every one of it, especially when some of those changes filled with greed & greed alone.

100% agreed. My exact thoughts. 3rd Anni was the last good celebration. Everything after that was a disaster, they started changing their mindset. Especially in 4th anni, the game became greedy and you could barely even guarantee one sync pair.

@@anastas1s214 Thanks, glad to know that I wasn't the only one with those feelings about the game. I loved the game so much but not what it has become now. Dev's motivation behind the game changed from creating a beautiful game to just cash grabbing now.

The Twitter Rallies being gone 100% has to do with Elon's takeover of Twitter and how they don't want to rely on it as much while still offering occasional miniscule "rewards", as an European the Sweepstakes annoy me way more. Legendary Missions being gone disappoints me, you didn't bring it up but the best battle mode (Legendary Arena/Gauntlet) is very disrespected, they've sold entire Variety units on it being for Gauntlet and then they go ahead and name the newest Gauntlet "Legendary Gauntlet No. 1" because of title collecting newbies. Also they intentinally keep moving Gauntlets early into each month before datamine which is annoying. I'm also just going to add that High Score events were a lame mode to add because it makes some people undervalue or overvalue certain Sync Pairs. On the events part, Star of the Contest reran like June 2022 (they even added a 1* bronze medal for it I think) same with Two Champions rerunning around that time but without the Co-op battle part because that was a Co-op era event. Trials on the Isle keeps being rerun around this time of year, I honestly think Selene getting an SC stopped them from running the event a 4th time (and Volo countering the Spring event rerun I guess). Personally I want a rerun of Training with Legends and The Prestige event. You didn't mention it but the translation for passives is annoying, they aren't even consistent (Grusha and Palmer have the same Zone heal passive but it's named different despite both being released after they started the bad naming schemes) but at the rate passives are going we may just get more units with unit-specific passives anyway (look at Geeta lol). I think my key issue with the game is that it's in a fluctuating state. Some months are amazing with high gem counts and new features, some months suck and you're just stuck waiting 2 weeks for it be Masters Day > datamine time. And the fact it just goes from good to bad to good is annoying. At points it feels like the game can last for several more years, sometimes it feels like the game doesn't have much time left (Arceus should've never been forced into the story the way it was. I am a hater for that things inclusion and what it can spell for the game as a whole). I really just want the game to last as long as it can, considering it felt like the game was going to EOS before it's 1st Anniversary they've made it out of some hellish situations but they still need to step up their game a bit with things like the gem counts and events. They don't even have to release a bunch of new Sync Pairs each month, the December update had like 5 and that update was way better than everything between July-November of that year because of what they did put out.

I want the game to last a while too, sadly DeNA seems to be budgeting less into Masters and more into other projects (like the Pocket TCG thing) and is just worsening the state of this game because of it. The game would be a great cash cow if they just kept things like how they were in in 2021-2022.

I usually don't save in this game and try to get characters through single pull and sometimes it works and some it don't but I realized so far in the month of April that they cut the f2p gems by a lot dude and my single pull luck ain't shining these days so I have decided to save up until anni 😂cause that's the only way I'm a get my units now with these hard time gems they be giving pmex needs help dude and I love the game it self but at least have some consideration for the f2p players not everyone is able to swipe a credit card yuh know.

Even if they bring back twitter rally gems but the game doesn't last long anyway,dena promise the twitter photo gems thing and didn't happen,so yeah the community start frustrating, angry like that

Waldo is hiding so well Volo couldn't find him. Seriously though Volo is major to the story. Why the hell didnt he get a gem rally? I cant figure why theyre so cheap. 19k for the month? Disgusting. Kinda hoping this month is low cuz its a short content month and next will be longer with more gems.
