The gender pay gap is a myth made up by dishonest cows. Put in some overtime and you'll close the gap.

if they're single women without children, they they would be a fair metric to measure. But with even a single child that's 20% extra income taken from men and given to women. If they're earning 120% more than men, but worth 30% less that means they're also spending much much more then men for the same products.
