To answer the question about Yoshi’s stats, Yoshi has his biggest bonus in Off-Road, and has smaller bonuses in Weight and Drift. Mario and Daisy are the only middleweights with a Handling bonus, though Bowser Jr has an Off-Road Handling bonus (which as Campbell Block pointed out, is more like off-road traction and not so much handling)

Off-road handling has nothing to do with handling. It can be best described as offroad traction because it is a measure of how much you resist the slide effect on slippery road and other offroad types

Flounder Fest Idea: 150 CC. Both start with S Tier vehicles. Win a race drop a tier. First to win with an F Tier vehicle wins point on the flounder counter. It would probably go down to F Tier vs F Tier at the very end as the only thing that matters is winning with an F Tier.
