there is actually another ad by them, can't remember the name but it goes like this: Junior and the little kid from this ad (I'll call her Amanda) are back on this one, they are hungry and now are christians, with bibles and stuff. Junior sees a Muslim guy with a bunch of food. Junior comes up with the plan of both of them becoming a (Or dressing as) muslim so he would accept them and let them eat his food. Amanda doesn't agree and Junior GTA-Style pulls a hat and vest out his ass and off they go. Memeulous, I'm from south africa and to break it down, the luagh in the beginning is part of the black african culture called the tokoloshi (a small dwarf that eats children) and the laugh is a rip off of the tokoloshi as if it were drunk (it's called the drunk tokoloshi laugh)
