I just try this similar build with ravager and deadly strike and stats is different because i increases the health more but i might need to fix that but other than that, i really think i like it, i even for once got 9 killed in pvp as shield weapon with no bash and it impressive to do that. You can make burst heals that scale of damage which arcanist and warden lack as an example.

Nice build! I wanna try ravaging. Max health investment with leeching is absolute cancer on arc. Add in maarselok, vat back bar and master fb, with ddf. Duels/open world/bgs does great. Sustain can easily be managed if you put a full heavy into your combo after a stun. For newer players to this class. Always bleed them first, immobolize with your flail, let them break free and then use your stun into ulti or whatever. Your immobolize and stun can be proced 2 seconds apart. Happy killing

Yeah a proc arcanist is very good. I have chose to avoid that route and go for more stat dense which next patch is getting a HUGE buff with scribing. As such, I think it may be how Arcanist will be played mainly in pvp given their high weapon/spell damage values the class can hit reliably in addition to their aoe spamable and kit.

Dark elf is great for flame resistance if vampire. Imperial is also good for cost reduction and also makes a better pve tank.

@thehermeticsquire777 mask you can get from ic with key fragments. You can buy these. Then go to the vault and open chests. Shoulders are from golden vendor if in shop or undaunted vendor

Vampire gives undeath a defensive set worth but as a single passive. You can play without it but it is noticable. If new account focus on using either monster set. A fun thing may be infernal guardian then use a regen glyph or 2. This would give you some offensive power when going defensive with shield or use 1 shadow rend (easy dungeon) then any shoulder you can get - note golden vendor sells monster pieces on the weekend so check there too.

Arcanist has great regen passives that's why. The sets then give huge damage. Ravager is clever alch but always on. Rally is the a damage set and defense set. Arcanist boosts these further with class passives.

Yeah I brought the whole build last night got rally and rav for some reason I through you was using powerful assault so I check how to get the ice staff hoped on my old account and got it in my third box telvar merchant was so happy they realised it was rally so I just brought it

They stack health and use the shield which heals based on max health. The shield is a burst heal size + a heal so that is why. Just stack 40k+ hp and you can spam your runeguard of freedom + their shield and you won't die easily. Sets can be used to fix your damage like way of the fire.

You gave us a build, but why not show the build in live-action? Show us what it can do. It helps to back up your declaration that this is an "impossible build". I am not going to go thru the process of collecting and spelling equipment; "using up resources", just to test this out. O.o It would be good to give us a demonstration, please.

Cool setup. I'm a bit disappointed in ZoS for making yet another pay to win chapter. Maybe I'm wrong because I haven't looked to deep into it but I keep hearing that scribing will make tons of builds more powerful, but you can only do it if you buy the chapter. I feel like scribing should be base game but who am I to question the great and powerful Firor!

its gonna destroy pvp, those with scribing will overpower those without scrribing, there is a skill that just makes tons of people fly out and is abused to make people fall off towers cliffs, and there will be many who won't be able to buy this out of the guaranteed nerf and problems it will have, so overall it is just a mild pve dlc with fake pvp game breaking promise, they already have contingency plans set up to take scribing offline so you know they know worst can and will happen, and it will So what is the point throwing 60+ $ on it to buy another bugs are features upgrade

You need the chapter to do it. The thing it does it allows you to fix gaps in a class kit on the whole. For this arcanist setup in particular, it would give it a burst heal and means you can drop shields and REALLY benefit from your high weapon/spell damage values we run. As for the system, it is DLC per say but in a year would become ESO+. Not ideal but still better than nothing I guess. Who knows, maybe they'll add it to the base game one day but that'll likely be years out.

It can't be dodged rolled and due to the delay it is harder to block then say using an off balance stun. That is the point.

All you have to do is block. That’s actually the easiest way. Any seasoned player sees and hears the runes forming and presses block, which cancels most other actions, and no CC. Don’t get me wrong it’s still good. Just avoidable nonetheless.

@dovatargaryen3953 next patch they're disgusting. My tentacular dread is 17k and is that high every 3s so huge burst now! Spamable 11-12k. Burst heal with scribing us 15k. Just nuts!! Keep eye on channel for it. In early access for members now

I post gameplay on Patreon and also on KZbin and stream but in separate videos. I also stated this is a non-proc damage set version. If I wanted to cheese it then I would use master's dual wield, way of the fire, vate ice staff, maarsalok and play like a proc stamsorc which I find boring as you need your procs - especially maarsalok to do your damage. Next patch, this would also get a boost due to being able to add a scribed burst heal so we can play more like a warden which is how I like to play. As for pure cheese, you could go high health arcanist and use jerrals, fire, vate and just overwhelm people once that healing debuff is on them as your shields don't get reduced by it.

ESO is an embarrasing bugfest that ZOS doesnt care to fix as long as you keep shoveling money at them. You cant even pvp in cyrodiil cause the lag spikes will eat your inputs. I believe it is with melee only so you need to use a melee weapon (2h, sword and shield or daggers). You could front bar or back bar one of these weapons and use the ranged weapon front bar allowing you to swap and heavy attack to proc then swap back.
