How is your EXPERIENCE of the Night Sky going ?

You have to sometimes take stock of where you are in any hobby and if you're getting out of it what you were looking for or if you've been hijacked by simply consuming the next thing. This is where I'm at but I'd like to hear your views too.
Thanks also to ‎@tsulasbigadventures for inspiring videos on Visual Astronomy which has helped kick-start my return to the eyepiece.
