Well done by Martin once again. What I didn't enjoy was the flippant answer given, without follow up, on how 800 ISIS members could drive out an Iraq Army that totals over 100,000. The Iraqi official quickly dismissed this with 'dysfunctional' and changed the subject. Training the Iraq Army was a major USA program lasting years, and costing billions; dysfunctional is not an answer on their complete disappearance. Today's results may suggest that this so called training was little more than a conduit for billions of dollars to both US contractors and Iraqi officials, a giant billion dollar theft.
