Food trucks, bars, dessert shop, arcade, jet ski rentals, boat tours.

@@behindthebuild8016 we’ve seen the significant increase in food trucks in the last couple of years, which is really been great for the community, there’s been a vacancy in areas close to Destin for bars, but it’s still one of the more popular avenues for vacationers and locals. Specifically, in Fort Walton Beach, where they’re doing a complete renovation downtown this would be ideal for an up-and-coming watering hole. There’s certainly a good amount of money to be made in anything on the water, providing you can have a spot to launch your boats and jet skis from. If you’re looking to purchase a pre-existing business, I personally have some connections that I can, get you with. But the economy is growing and tourism is growing again so there certainly opportunities.

@@behindthebuild8016 yes, there are some opportunities out there for tourist base businesses. There have been some opportunities not just in Destin, but Fort Walton Beach and Miramar Beach where we’ve seen some businesses move out and there are opportunities coming. Specifically, and Fort Walton Beach as they are revamping that downtown area.
