correction ot the lore: they didnt assasinate anyone. They just formed a para mil group within fort rono and started a coup d'etat by invading the rest of ronograd and massacring all the civillians except sochraina

Now you will be going to the DOU silo (Department of Utilities) where a Cold War era nuclear missile silo or a connection with the nuclear silo has become operational. While Ronograd decommissioned its missiles and the connection itself following the collapse of the USSR, intel cannot confirm if the DOU is empty.
