How It Feels Wearing a 1/2 Million Dollar Watch - Rockstar AP Tourbillion!

This is a new concept that I am trying out. Since it's the first one there will be some tweaks for the next ones. This series focuses more how a watch makes me feel while I wear it. I have been thinking about this concept for quite sometime now and want to incorporate it as a new series on my channel. Every episode is not about a crazy watch, some will be about not so crazy watches. For the first episode I just decided to go all out with this crazy AP Royal Oak Tourbillion that has factory set Rubies! This is a crazy watch, one that not many people will ever have the chance to see or wear. I wore it for a whole afternoon around Miami and the result was very interesting.

Eric, I know exactly what you mean by "caution and paranoia" when you wear a precious watch like that. For Heaven's sake, I became the owner of a 2-tone rose gold Datejust in May, and though it's 1/50th of the price of that watch you're wearing...I find myself walking on eggshells all day long. I walk different, I move different, I do so much to ensure I don't ding or scratch the watch. I can only imagine how amplified that effect is with this piece. I don't know if I'd actually enjoy wearing it...because I'm such a "watch protector" as it is. Cheers!

Eric another excellent video! This AP is definitely a heavy hitter but the one that will do it in big time is the Patek Sky Moon Tourbillon 6002. Of course it’s in a different price range at about 5 times the price and has 13 complications.

Def a super heavy hitter to the second power, and being a AP owner myself and born in July (cancer) I am a sucker for factory ruby set. Unfortunately lately you gotta be super careful wearing just about anything expensive, never mind an individual on the street but stores getting robbed in broad daylight. I guess when criminals start go back to jail without bail the next day, we all can enjoy our luxury goods outside our homes. Until then wear your time pieces responsible, and like you said Eric have your day planned when rocking big $ pieces.
