@@biplink9648 His name is Brooks Moore. I felt the same way, the new narrator they got wasn't nearly as good. I guess lots of people felt that way because they got Mr. Moore to eventually come back and do the rest of the seasons- over twenty!

Just a curious question, why the employer didn't use gloves when touching the butter? Isn't it make it prone to mold or bacteria?
@DisProfundis7 ай бұрын
Sweat contains Poopto bacillus bacteria which preserves the butter for long, so that's why it's fine.

Really enjoyed the insights in this video about butter making! It's fascinating to see the whole process. However, I can't help but wonder if the traditional methods are becoming obsolete in our fast-paced world. I mean, do people really appreciate the craftsmanship behind artisanal butter when mass-produced options are so convenient?
@Lets_Go_Somewhere26 Жыл бұрын
Something is wrong with the video editing. I am confused with the process. First 2 minutes are clear , then the narration and video are all here and there makes no sense . Plus lots of workers touch the butter with bare hands, in a small bakery Otis ok, but not in a factory.😢

Yall can make butter yourself. Get a cheap bottle of water, empty it, completely make sure its dry inside. Pour heavy whipping cream till the bottles halfway full, put the cap on tightly, then start shaking the bottle. After a few minutes of vigourous shaking, it turns to butter

this video was super informative and really well done! i always thought butter was pretty straightforward, but seeing the actual process was eye-opening. that said, i can't help but feel that the way we mass-produce food these days takes away from the craft of cooking. i mean, is anyone else worried about losing the art of making things from scratch?

@lashaunsuttles2655 Жыл бұрын
@@dbyspae122Actually it’s pasteurized before the packing process and there is where your seeing the employees picking up and packaging the butter barehanded, that butter we are using straight out of the paper wrapping and placing directly on our toasts in the morning and in many dishes people prepare. No, butter is from cream which is the fattier part of whole milk when it separates on its own in the good 'ol days, and they do it by machine these days. Leftover milk is lowfat/skim milk. Then they churn the cream into butter solids, and the liquid part is real butter milk. (note- much buttermilk today is not the real thing)
