@@lovelylynx5473 The boning structure also helps to support the weight of the dress and gives it shape. Even layers upon layers of tulle would be quite heavy. @@jadecoolness101 in the live action they couldn't replicate the animated one, it would have looked very stiff and flat when their aim was to have something that would move in a flowy fashion. @@jadecoolness101 it doesn't flow well, I've seen plenty, worn dresses like it, and I've made dresses before. In order to make the animated Belle dress you have to use a thicker fabric that's also longer, then you add details which are just as heavy. It's not stiff, but it's not flowy either. They wanted something light and would move with every step and turn, the animated one wouldn't

@@zoejacobs233 Several people have speculated, that the reason Bell's dress in the live action is dull, is because Emma Watson refused to wear a corset due to "feminist" belief. That makes it hard to create a voluminous flowing dress as it is the corset, that carries the weight. Feminist in quotes because I don't consider a corset anti-feminism. They weren't made to restrict women, but had very practical purposes. Like carry the weight of a heavy dress, and for the common woman it served as a back support and bra.

the original i think use allot more, since when i watch then movie multiple times, they use much more smaller swarovski (i think their Xero crystal also put on dress) which make allot more crystal. the sparkle & shimmer is much more delicate, and of course, it's much more expensive to made if she going that route. but this replica is as beautiful as the original. their puffy and flow is amazing! the sparkle for each move is also amazing as well. @@midnight6994 I also think that too, as they do need add CGI for sparkle and shimmer as in ballroom scene, as the light in the ball room is diffused and had allot of mini point, making the sparkle is not as bright as they should... but the midnight garden scene seem not had CGI for the sparkle, due the help of single spot light, which also same principle on our diamond/cubic zirconia/crystal/moissanite spakrling crazy with our phone flashlight, but not on diffused light (cloudy day). but again, the original and this one is truly amazing and so fancy like you said... Think Downton Abbey but smarter. She climbed mountains, rode motorbikes as well as horses, travelled the world several times, was an expert skydiver, skier, distance swimmer and learned to scuba dive aged 78. She was a natural phenomenon. She taught me everything she knew, I was on the back of a pony before I could walk. Within three days she had her 90th birthday, my mother her 60th and I my 30th. We celebrated by climbing Island Peak in Nepal. Even at ninety that woman had the lungs of a teenager. Absolutely STUNNING, a truly spectacular Cinderella dress and the workmanship( hope you don't take offence at that) that has went into turning this fairytale into reality is a work of art, I hope that wherever this gown goes that it is treated with the respect it deserves and lasts forever. Thank you so very much for showing the time and skill that you put into making this work of art, you have created the one thing that so many little girls imagine that magical dress to look like. Sending crafty hugs, Norah, Glenochil Village, Scotland

When I saw this in the cinema I was in awe of the dress and how anyone could create it, it looks so amazing, I think even more amazing when you realise how much work went into it, I think it’s the most incredible dress, you should be incredibly proud, it looks the same as the one in the film, I love how when you spin the ruffles underneath just don’t seem to end, it truly does look magical
