Even now, at age 60+, I can still remember countless hours fascinated by the ever-changing images in my Kaleidoscopes as a young'un. I had a couple of them in different sizes, and they were among my favorite toys for years. Probably the only toys I didn't disassemble.

Yes I don't understand why my daughter who has amazing artistic talent doesn't take her art seriously. Who says you can't make a living out of it. Who cares what people say start your own business. If I had talent to her extent I wouldn't waste it.

yes, working her fingers to the bones as her arthritis gets worse and worse over the years till it developes into carpal tunnel and then that gets worse and eventually her hands are locked up and she cant even wipe herself

When I was a kid, had a kaleidoscope that had several disks that you could open up & put different objects in them. Wish I still had it.

In Mexico some years ago in primary school we were taught to make kaleidoscopes. We used pieces of coloured glasses that run freely inside the item. It might not being as elaborated as the ones in the video, yet it is awesome. Cheers.

The kaleidoscope was originally known to the ancient Greeks, but was not rediscovered until 1816 by the Scottish physicist David Brewster and a patent was applied for in 1817.

I got to work with Luc and Sallie Durette for a bit and the process was remarkably similar. The models I assisted with had wood cases for the mirror system housing instead of cardboard. These kinds of kaleidoscopes are quite lovely and last a long time!

I don’t think so. I used to make these and you have to use first surface mirrors which are super expensive. If you notice, this guy used first surface mirrors as well as the mirror was on both the inside and outside of the glass. I used to sell mine for $100 each. I’m not well versed in the price of LSD, but I don’t believe it costs that much.

The people must obey God's rules. They must not let two different kinds of animals have sex together. They must not put two different kinds of seeds in one field. They must not make clothes from two different materials. Leviticus 19:19 EASY bible.com/bible/2079/lev.19.19.EASYSo you must stop doing wrong things. Change how you live and turn to God. Then God will forgive you for all the wrong things that you have done. Acts 3:19 EASY bible.com/bible/2079/act.3.19.EASYYou must not think bad thoughts about another person. A person may do something that is wrong. You must tell him that he is doing a wrong thing. If you do, you will not be a part of the wrong thing. You must not hurt another person because he hurt you. And you must not remember for a long time the bad thing that someone did to you. You must love all people as you love yourself. I am the Lord .
