How it's made - Pultrusion for composite cores

Pultrusion is our core process to manufacture long spoolable composite products, including the rods used as cores in High Temperature and High Capacity Low Sag conductors, such as HVCRC®.
It's a highly automated and continuous process that we developped for more than 30 years in order to manufacture high performance composite profiles in a reliable and cost-effective way.
Materials such as carbon fibers and epoxy resins ensure the profile will have a very high strength to weight ratio, making an ideal alternative to traditional metallic solutions.
