I know this is 8 months ago, but freezing them keeps them lasting longer, and also the freezing of raw fish kills alot of bad bacteria. The only other method is cooking them which is not what this kind of sushi wants.

correct, liquid smoke also never expires since its literally just smoke impregnated into water, i use it all the time in my beef jerky, it doesn't taste the exact same as actual smoke dried jerky but it does add that nice smokey flavour

The evidence is inconclusive. There is evidence that chemicals in it can damage DNA, but it's not known what effect that has. Lots of chemicals that are safe change when they are heated too hot. Look at olive or canola oil- they are perfectly safe when moderately heated, but when heated to the point they smoke, they break down and form some fairly toxic chemicals.

Wile raw fish may be a traditional staple in most types of sushi, it is not a prerequisite for this dish. Translated, sushi means “it is sour” which typically has to do with the vinegar rice.

This is how the majority of "mainstream" sushi is made today, even in Japan. If you went to an average sushi-go-round, they use the same machines to form the rice, slice rolls, etc. etc. If you notice the machines used in this vid, they're all Japanese made.

They used proper rice and fresh ingredients also their equipment had Japanese labels so it's not like they invented the whole thing. Japan is a country full of convenient food. Nobody goes to 7-Eleven there end expect the frozen sushi to be of gourmet quality.

When you smoke meat you use the, guess what, smoke. The smoke is usually generated my a oxygen starved woodfire. That liquid is litterarly just liquidized smoke. The smoke flavor is mostly a tar like substance. Might not be supoer duper healty, but it isn't atrocious

No... no it doesn't. Been in the dental field for 10 years.. charcoal tooth paste is very abrasive and can polish off enamel. And infections are in the bone not the actual tissue if your referring to Root canal treatments, if your referring to periodontist an infection/ inflammation of the gums the answer is still no. You need to have professional cleanings to get below the gum line and if its bad enough you need to see a specialist. Don't fall for quick media fads

@@欧清波 fish used in sushi NEEDS to be frozen beforehand to kill potentially dangerous parasites. Even fresh sushi, made from fish freshly caught, has to (or absolutely should) freeze the fish for a little while. You're thinking of processed food when talking about nutrients. That being said, this isn't fresh sushi ofc, fresh is made in house.

The sushi made here in the eps MUST be based in the Europe or else where Other then the USA. Only cause in the USA Under the FDA Health Code if you get sushi in USA the Fish needs to be dipped in Boiling or very Hot Water or Rice Vinegar as a way to cook it to kill the bacteria. I just can't get past the British pronunciation of fillet.
