From my father experience. Camera operator duty need to have at least 2 operator. If there is someone suspicious or they think is up to no good, sends the report to all security by either using radios or through specific code for each scenario. Then each floor leads op will close down any entrance until said guy is confirmed not suspicious or quarantined. This happenned once.
