I didn't watch Buffy, and I fell in love with the Dresdin files audiobooks before knowing who the voice actor was. He has done such an amazing job that I cant listen to anyone else read these books for 10 mins without shutting it off out of disgust.

I watched Buffy, but that is not what pulled me to the Dresden Files. I have heard the earlier books read by other narrators and listened to them again read by James. James is like no other when it comes to these books. He just gets better and better with each one. I wish I could thank him for bringing them to life!

I didn't know there were other audiobook versions. I can't imagine anyone but him reading them. I hate the thought, it's just wrong.

James Masters is incredible in the Dresden Files. Loved him as Spike in Buffy too. Pure talent. I kinda feel bad for people just reading the text tbh - his performance brings so much more to the work!

This guy was Spike on Buffy and Angel, he's Harry Dresden and I'm finding out he was the dub voice for Zamasu. And he was the only Good thing about DragonBall Evolution as Lord Piccolo.

I've listened to Dresden Files only because of James Marsters. And I really liked how he read it. His voice is just awesome!

I took a break from the books before Peace Talks. But I really enjoyed his narration. So much so that I found another book series he narrated. And I gotta say he must have learned a lot because was pretty flawless in that other series. Having portray a female MC, with an accent. He did a great job. Along with all the other characters.

I made the mistake of getting my wife to listen to the Dresden audiobooks… now she won’t listen to any other books because “no one sounds as good as the Dresden guy”.

I would like to say that I am very, very happy that you read the Dresden files. I only became aware of the books about a year ago and I keep reading them over and over because I love them so much. but I will only listen to the ones that you record so I wanted to thank you and God bless you

i have listened to over 100 books.. and James is my #2 favorite #1 being michael kramer. there was one book of the dresden files that james didnnt originally read and i would have stopped at that book if they didnt rerecord it with james.. and they did.. so im all caught up. also there are a few he didnt read like book 17.5 cant think of the name.. but i couldnt listen to it.. sorry Mr butcher
