When you keep overpaying average players, there's no money left to bring additional help. Let's not forget that the Bosh contract was on the books for a couple of years without him playing a game. Jimmy GOT his money already. He is no longer worth 50 million. Riley cannot keep making the same mistake over and over, or we'll never break this vicious cycle.

IF I HAD an 50 MILLION dollar contact and I got to go through Heat Culture. I need a check. Jimmy Butler became a super small human since he joined the Miami Heat.
