07:22 well, Johnny actually advises against this. He usually doesn't provide "context" but rather "experience" first to get the viewer emotionally engaged, only then he gives context. He refers to it as bridges from experience to experience. The video you took as an example is an outlier. He explains his process in a very long form video called "Tips for video journalists". (a guy named David mota made a short version and Johnny Harris approved it)
