Game adds new stuff and improves on the previous how is that bad I'm sorry but the first game looks like shit compared to the 2nd

They dumbed down the previous stuf, and graphically they look identical. Plus the first game had more campaigns with all the DLC.

Jp evolution 1 was great bc of the campain. Jp evolution 2 is great because of the graphics and dinosaurs

@@Myuutantobasutai don't know why but tbh your kind of stupid for not realising that the mods aren't just reskins there individual animals, including every type so i don't see how it's ''bad'' theres plenty of mods that are 10X better then Evo 1 so im sorry bad you get 3/10 for your ''review'' you have to much bias.

you forgot to cover over the Lagoon animals and the flying animals personaly i think that most of us were excited because of the lagoons and flying animals. and the mods were alot better

I mentioned the lagoons briefly in my chaos mode play, the bird cages were also cool and have my respect as one of the best improvements in 2

Hey dude, nevermind if i unofficially continue your Fan Gorenger adaptation by doing the same thing with JAKQ, Battle Fever, Denjiman, etc.? (And also fan adapting the showa riders pre Black RX)

Uh no the first one sucks because it has less building options. Also the sequel has aquariums and aviaries.

Are you trying to say that Jurassic World Evolution 1 is absolutely superior to Evolution 2 or that Evolution 2 should have been what Evolution 1 is just with that campaign? I can kind of understand that Evolution 2 is just a massive DLC for Evolution 1, but when it comes down to which game you should buy right now are you suggesting Evolution 1?

my overall point is that JWE1 Is absolutely superior to 2, and if you haven't bought one you should buy the first one. I think that The potential was there for 2 to surpass 1, but for whatever reason enough Care and Development was not put into 2. Which I blame to it tying itself heavily to JWD which was a failed movie.

@@Myuutantobasuta Yeah then your point absolutely does not stand in my eyes. Evolution 1 was a treasure to me as a kid but growing up I realized how shallow and empty it is. I see that you’re a little more campaign/gameplay oriented rather than park design, but Evolution 2’s completes the actual idea of the games much further than Evolution 1, which is to build the Jurassic Park//World of your dreams. Evolution 1 offers zero detail in park design and dynamics, other than a few placeable decoration from the Return to JP DLC. Evolution 2 actually offers a level of variety of decorations, buildings and creatures that far surpass what Evolution 1 gave you to work with. You’ve mentioned that Evolution 2’s graphics are virtually identical to the first game’s which is objectively not true. After a year or two of playing Evolution 2 before finally looking back at some videos of the first game, I was frankly shocked and disgusted by how poor it looked graphically and diversely. The saturation is so weirdly mono-tone and the dinosaurs have no where near as much detail than in the second. I know everyone’s entitled to their own opinion, but there seems to be some pretty objectional wins in JWE2 just from scrolling through the build menu, and that’s not even to mention the (still kinda lacklustre) but improvements in management and creature behaviour.

I think most of the "bad point" about Jwe2 are just a different way of playing, like, u can still have unperfect dinos and all in Jwe2, Somethings arent perfect (copy pasted challenges) But it aint just a cash grab, Jwe2 got good things that Jwe1 didnt, does that make Jwe1 a cash grab ? No Jwe franchise is like all build your park franchises, little change between number one and two...and going on and on the others the graphics are going a good way and Jwe2 is made so that everyone can play with it how they want or with the difficulty they can handle Not everyone want challenge and difficulty, Some ppl just want to make beautiful park without worriyng abt dinos flaws and all Jwe2 is a good compromise if yyou want difficulty AND be able to just care about making a good looking park when u dont want difficulty,

I replayed JWE1 the last year(?) and i had fun at first and it was engaging! (What really drives me into a game) but with the obligatory missions getting harder, ridiculous and senseless, it became, unfun (becoz MOST LIKELY said missions were coded to be very hard) and I was absolutely disappointed with JWE2 (I won’t be dwelling into details), Deep Rock Galactic was there for me after the total disappointment that was JWE2 (I have regrets, really!!).

@ yes, the JWE duology has been my most stressing, frustrating and unfun experience on any game, I enjoyed a VERY tiny bit of it but the “animal needa X amount of space” just kills it for me, it was passable on the first game but the 2nd game made it… a bit worse, even more with the territory mechanic, also, theres a BUTTLOAD of more, quite much useless micromanagement on the 2nd game, SPECIALLY the scientists needed for EVERYTHING. There are some good things in between, from the pterosaurs to aquatic animals but… even with that they felt “undercooked” (pterosaurs lacks ground walking animations and interactions and you couldnt do much with the aquatics at first, even today with all the updates and DLCs, aviaries and lagoons left a lot to be desired). If Frontier was like that during the first days of JWE2, I hace ZERO hope with JWE3 (which is definitely going to be a thing soon), my prediction for it is: few more new animals to it (certain ones will be retouched / remaked), few more content as maps, decorations, biomes and all, MORE useless micromanagement mechanics, more grinding (coz the 2nd game is quite grindy) and few improved visuals, but still, JWE2 V2. I forgot to mention that quite a lot of designs are ugly as sin, SPECIALLY the pterosaurs and aquatic animals (the lips on Plesiosaurus are a BIG no for me, lips on marine reptiles are interesting as concept or paleoart but on a game?, nope) and that certain animals, such as Proceratosaurus, are just plain impossiblr to keep happy?. When I say I have regrets, I REALLY mean it (I bought it back on 2021, but I had to leave for hours and with that, the maximum hours to refund it were reached and I couldnt not get a refund, I even tried to contact Frontier to get help, nothing), I also tried to force myself to like it but it flopped, at times I even got stressed by playing it, but like I said, Deep Rock Galactic got my dawrven back when JWE2 disapoointed me,

Also, im an future gamedev myself (my game is like JWE in a way, but MORE inspíred by JP Operation Genesis and Zoo Tycoon 2 for gameplay, animal behavior and mechanics, with a bit of Carnivores for the graphics and look, I want it to be something out from the aerotecnias 2000s), and I can say with all security that my game will have more quality content and LESS stressing than the JWE duology (the animals there just need food, water, a place to sleep and enrichment to be happy), and OFC im taking notes of what to do and what not to do when it cines to anything game-related.

I'm pretty sure there's more content in the base game of jwe2 then jwe because it has loads of challenge maps plus the chaos theory modes, also the sandbox levels where you can make you're own park with whatever dinos you want and you can even make it a bit harder by making it like a regular level, it's not just a creative mode. jwe did have a better and longer campaign but other than that it didn't have as many challenge modes and in sandbox you could only use creatures you unlocked in the campaign so it wasn't really a sandbox mode. jwe2 has better graphics, more dinos, more dino animations, the introduction of scientists, new environments, dinosaur traits like intelligence and dominance, more decorations, and live dino captures. They added all these new features along with regular dlc's for people who wanted them. From parts of your video it seems like you might've played jwe2 when it came out and not since, both games are amazing but your claims about jwe2 are just not true. In almost everyway it is an upgrade to the first game, they're both very similar ofc but there is not much in the first game that is better than the second. Also jwe2 came out a year before jurassic world dominion so you're also wrong about that. This is just my opinion and I'm not trying to force you to like jwe2 I'm just stating the facts and my personal opinion, if I got anything wrong or misunderstood something you said please let me know.

The Chaos Theory Modes are good and were my favorite part and I praise them for most of this video despite minor technical glitches. The Sandbox Mode isn't my cup of tea, I'm aware you can play that endlessly, but Sandbox mode was also in JWE1 so its redundant. I played the challenge mode, and Found a very high number of the challenge stages to be copy pasted repeated from JWE1, and the gameplay wasnt altered enough that I gave up on it. I'll admit they added more dino animations otherwise most of the Graphics are the same as JWE1. The New Environments are cool, but not utilized enough in the game to matter, and they don't really have a ton to them other than being an aesthetic change. Decorations are silly, and I only noticed a couple of them in my gameplay. I played JWE2 last week when I bought it. I played it for the whole week, but it was December of 2024. Also most of the new Dinosaurs were locked behind Paywall DLC, and I even noticed some dinosaurs that were free in JWE1 are paid DLC in 2. I really tried to like it, but my point in this video is that its inferior to JWE1.
