I’m no expert in kettlebell training by no means but I can see how they can be used as a tool to improve my sandbag training. These are my thoughts and the benefits of how they can improve sandbag lifting.
Some examples of how I use them in my workouts after I’m done with sandbag lifting:
3x20 American KBS only
3x20 Russian KBS only
3 set superset
Single Arm Russian KBS x12 each arm
American KBS x15
