Hi Chichi! This is great! I am a 55 yr. old fat guy (351 lbs.) and I started your first video this past Friday. I did it once on Friday, twice (morning & evening) on Saturday, did the treadmill for 30 min. on Sunday, and did the 10 minutes again just now. I feel good! Got a long way to go, but thank you for helping to start me on the path to getting healthy. Tomorrow I'm going to try and kick it up to 20 minutes.

I'm in the UK and I've been doing this every second day for 2 weeks now and I feel much stronger and have more energy. I do this with a 16 and 12 kilo (16 for swings and round the body, 12 for everything else except squats), but have to use an 8 kilo for the full squat after I wrecked my legs doing it on the 12. They're ok now and I'l just continue with it for a month, then move on to your intermediate.

Hello! Both are ideal for losing weight especially when it comes to resistance training. The more muscle you build with resistance training/rest/nutrition, the faster your metabolism will be for burning fat. I would focus on kettle bells and also traditional weights later on. The key is to do both to shock the body and keep the body challenged. Kettle bells will definitely will give you results......keep up the great work and congats! Cheers,

Thanks Chichi, I've been losing weight for a few years. I bought myself a 8kg bell a few months ago, I think I used it twice. Recently I got to an all time low after losing nearly 9st and I realised that I cannot wait until my target weight to tone up. So I found this video, Its just what I wanted, no nonsense, just a honest beginners workout that covers the basics and doesn't leave me reeling on the floor in agony. So thanks.

Just did 3 of these with the 8kg KB plus a few of the excercises with the 16kg one (the circles, the swing, upright rows, upright rows with sumo squat and the normal squat). Awesome. I'm goign to do one of these every morning before BF, takes no time and puts your engines on warp speed!

Hello, I have not done your workouts in a long time because I was bored with them and went back to another routine. Then I had more and more trouble working out for various reasons. Now after multiple bad life incidents I still want to workout, only my routine has been disrupted and I have low motivation, doing those helped me a great deal today! I think I'll do them again, so I have the energy to workout often again. (Recently I've only been able to workout once a week, I do lots of things aside from that but working out is now hard... I used to workout 4 days a week, and every time I succceeded at this again something emotionally or otherwise bad happened that disrupted my routine!) Thanks for today!

Just started doing this workout a week ago. I'm 68, so starting with a 15 pound kettlebell, which doesn't seem to be a problem, so I hope with a bit more practice I can build up to a heavier one. Are there any specific exercise routines suitable for us 'more mature' individuals? (thinking about more flexibility perhaps?)

Looking forward to the new vids, keep up the great work inspiring and motivating! I've been basically alternating between advanced/intense and core and blitz and abs trying to keep things tough and creative. Your moves also translate well into hotel gyms and even backyards on the road, which was exactly what I was looking for in a program. Awesome stuff, can't wait to try out the vids!

Hi Chi Chi, thanks, the videos are really good and I have been using them for a month now, 3 or 4 times per week. Any chance we are going to get more than 8 videos? More advanced exercises?
