Absolute king shit. I went from 330 to 200. The amount of respect I have for others who have lost insane amounts of weight is astronomical. It’s one thing to get that big, it’s another to completely change it. The mental aspect is harder than the physical one, meaning eating clean is really very simple. The mental hurdles of “will my skin be ok?,” “will I ever be where I want to be?,” etc are really most of the battle. Patience is 100% required, as well and the internal desire to change, and the strength to stay the course.

I COMPLETELY understand the mindset of a man who doesn't like confrontation but is drawn to combat sports. It seems paradoxical but it really isnt. I feel like its not necessarily the confrontation that people avoid, it's the artificiality of the confrontation, and consequently the lack of a true resolution. Any confrontation requires an expenditure of energy/time/cognitive resources and if you don't anticipate a satisfactory resolution you will become reluctant to waste energy on confrontation. A physical confrontation on the other hand is one of the most true and instinctual forms of confrontation one can experience. There is no room for dishonesty and bullshit. If ur not serious you can he hurt badly. And a physical confrontarion pretty much guarantees some form of lasting resolution that comes with some deep instinctual understanding. Its not some cognitive mess of "thoughts" and confabulatory conclusions. It's an understanding that reaches deep. And I think deep down, and many fighters and martial arts practitioners have echoed these thoughts, fighters seek a deeper form of truth. An honesty that can only really exist between 2 men in a cage a ring whatever ready to die, where there is literally no room for lies, where it is practically impossible to lie. You can lie with you mouth but not with your intent, not with your actions. For me personally it's not the confrontation in and of itself that I loathe. It's the lies and bullshit that seem to permeate EVERY single social interaction.

I think there has to be a process to identify a need for getting one, followed by a proper training, mandatory, in the psychological aspect of it. The responsibility of having that power etc.
@gsfbffxpdhhdf70435 жыл бұрын
manjit gogoi the need for getting one is the 2a. I think we need to limit your first admendment. This is america you dont need a reason to practice your rights. And its very hard to get a gun u dumbass u need a back ground check and some states a license or a waiting period. So no nothing needs a do over except bans on machine guns. We need them back. And silencers.

@@manjitgogoi4461 for sure. But at the same time criminals will get guns illegally nonetheless and this is why gun etiquette should be taught religiously.

You are the size of small woman. Nothing to be happy about. A man is 200+ sorry to break your reality little one. Even if 20% body fat it’s better than being lighter. Ancient Gladiators and more actually put on a small layer of fat on purpose because it protects veins and acts more for a meat shield vs blades and blows of any kind. If becoming a woman is your goal then sure being below 200 is fine but that’s your choice if you want to be seen as a small boy or closer to a woman :).
