Don't risk investing with Kings developers as they are poor executioners when it comes to oversight and property management. What you see is not what you get. 👎1star review as a client living in their property. Looking to move out as soon as possible

Thanks for the review, I was about to invest in Orchid apartments in Thika town. Fellow Kenyan, let's always give reviews on any developer out there to help/protect one another.

KING SERENITY IN RONGAI HAS NO WATER - ONE MONTH NOW. NO HANGING LINES. WALLS ARE CRACKING. DONT RISK INVESTING.

Problem is the management of the properties after acquisition. The ongata Rongai project is beautiful but water problems is now talk of everyday. With such houses and donkeys roaming around supplying water is a NO.

By the time Kenyans start complaining then you know things are really worse or completely out of hand. I believe this company is doing a shoddy job based on the few testaments here. Please deliver what you talk of. Kenya ni yetu wote. We deserve quality products!!

As residents living in their rongai project all this is PR. The property has water issues with only two boreholes expected to serve 800 units. Currently the said boreholes can barely serve 400 homes. The houses have other issues with cracks, walls falling apart...shody paint jobs that somehow get to your clothes when you pass by a wall. The houses do look good but very poor planning..they work on too many projects but fail in execution. Seeing them brag about their boreholes is quite funny knowing how things really are on the ground. They ought to address the current issues first before trying to market themselves. Stop lying to people.

I noted that too, was about to invest with them @ Orchid Thika courtesy of Lynn Ngugi, but going by comments, there are redflags.

Good production by Chams Media but clearly this developer is mostly PR from the comment section. It is unfortunate that with Kenya there is a trust deficit in almost all aspects of life including from the so-called professionals. If you can't fix water, then there is nothing to really talk about. This was an eye opener and hopefully they'll do the right thing. Let's be better as Kenyans.

Exterior aesthetics are important too. Would be nice to see landscaping around the buildings with stretches of grass, trees, bush, flowers and water fountains or man-made streams. I noticed that a lot of these developments go right up to the wall perimeter with no space for any bit of earth, it's all covered in concrete. It's not appealing.

Hello! Thank you for watching. We ensure all our projects have landscaped gardens and in addition, others have a fountain too. There's a lot more coming in the coming episodes team to showcase that, we hope you stick around 😊

I loved these projects and I consider investing in this country one day.. developers should also invest in new buildings with art-decor styles like in New York and Canada, especially in the central part of the city.. another point is Nairobi's sidewalks with those channels that make the appearance very ugly, the local city hall should make some changes to beautify their city. ok ❤️
