Kass' song being the smoking gun "the princess only had eyes for her knight" Link's feeling towards her were a little more subtle in BOTW but were still there. TOTK made it clear that he loves her if BOTW wasn't enough(which it was). With her moving into his house and the bed in there which he can sleep on when he can't Sleep in any bed that isn't his being one solid piece of evidence.
