How long can Canadians without an I-94 stay in the US?

Hi thanks . one quick question, in 2023 if someone stayed for 71 days in one entry Aug - Oct and in 2024 next entry in usa statyin for 120 days . may -sept . Totalling around 191 days (but if Aug 2023 - Aug 2024, as one full year is considered then its less than 180 days ) . can person stay visit and explore usa ? or will it be counted as 191 days , by adding previous two yrs. or separate as 180 days per entry. ?

After 6 months how long do we have to return to Canada for before we can return for another 6 months?
