So while I'm waiting for my storage cabinet to come, I've currently placed all my transfers in a storage bin under the table where my heat press is set up. I also have kept them in their original boxes

Great idea Bobbi! Sounds like they'll be nice and safe there and last for a good little while!

Our business grew in transfers over night and I am looking for ideas. Currently they are in boxes and it can cause a lot of movement to get to the bottom box. I have been considering a rack that we use with our screen-printing inks. Stil doing research

That's awesome to hear, we've heard a lot of similar stories about success with screen printed and digital heat transfers. We have seen quite a few apparel decorators using racks or shelves to store transfers, as long as it's in a climate controlled environment away from direct sunlight and temperature/humidity swings, screen printed transfers will last when stored like that.

I use goofproof and hotronix for years and I've never had a a transfer look anything like that on a shirt. What material is that shirt?

Would you recommend the clear storage bins and also should I buy ziplocks bags to put them in

The clear storage bins would work completely fine as long as they are not in direct sunlight- Large ziplock bags could definitely help with high-humidity climates too!

how long will the design last in the shirt? or how many washes?

We test all of our transfers over 50 wash and dry cycles. Laundered correctly the print will outlast the shirt in most cases!

I've used 3 transfers from the sample kit and everyone had issues not adhering fully to shirts

Oh no Kelly! What heat press are you using? Which transfer types were they?
