I worked with one of the largest insurance agencies in the United States for 37 years. We grew from 9 employees to 500. I thought I knew everything about insurance, one thing I never seen and took go granted was what the injured employee endured as a result of a work related accident. I am hear you say that in all my life I’ve never seen so much corruption, lying, unethical behavior in my life. From doctors lying in exchange for money. I don’t know how people live with themselves doing what they do hurting other people. The whole system is a joke and simply designed to generate money and create jobs. What needs to be done is instead of universal health care revamp the work comp system. But then again people like this fine gentleman wouldn’t have a job. Hope, pray you never go through what a lot of people are experiencing. And don’t ever expect things to change. There’s too much revenue involved. Good luck and good video.i could go on and on and on.

WOW!!!!! 10 YEARS!!! I been off work over 14 months and my doctor said this will never go away but I'm not waiting that long I have already lost my car and my apartment so my wife is doing her best to keep us going just seems to me that the BWC is all for the employer not the employee and I have never had not one payment from them yet so now I'm off to get SSI which will take another year to get that WTF......

i agree with you SCOTT DOWNS-- i'm going thru the same thing also- i should've stayed employed instead of retiring on my own, i couldn't do my job safely and the injury was always bothering me when working(neck & lower back) constant pain & numbness in arms, hips, buttocks, rt. knee ,foot. they should've forced me out with a job retirement- now i'm dealing with this no good workers comp system-- is there a way we can spy on them like they do us??? Hell-no. been trying to get out of the workers comp system for years now(10).what's so hard about it is that all doctors, includine the w/c doctors QME, & my private doctor are all in favor--so now the w/c adjuster is doctor hunting by appealing all these doctors rating-trying me to more ime exams--when will this stop??? i think my lawyer is a wimp & is compromised with the workers comp system-- so while thy 're doctor shopping i think i will fire this attorney & research further, someone who will talk & be reachable.

Thanks for your question. Can you please provide a little clarification about what you are asking about with regard to business days or all days? To what time period are you referring?

And let me add. I’m a retired/ disabled insurance agent. 37 years . Largest insurance agency in Illinois. My knowledge far exceeds attorneys and insurance company adjusters. Do not hire an attorney unless he specializes in work comp only. Do not hire an attorney unless they have at least 50 reviews. Too many law firms are more concerned about their relationship with the opposing law firm and the insurance company you are suing. Take your case to trial. Note: The law firm you hire only gets 20 percent commission. They want to spin your case as fast as they can and move on to the next case. Their relationship is not with the injured worker. It’s with the insurance company’s attorney. Sorry Marlin. Scum bag attorneys.
