Hi everyoneee :) Today we're talking about the common question, How long does it take for locs to lock / How long will my hair take to loc? Within this video I'll go over the reasons why your hair is locking faster or why isn't your hair locking including hair texture, length and how you decide to take care of your hair. Within this how long does it take for locs to loc video, I also give tips on how to make your starter locs loc faster and share with you all how I got my hair to lock fast. This was exciting to watch🙂 my journey starts this Saturday! hair type 4b/c & I’m so ready. ☺️ It’s saddening that we’re so use to hearing “nappy hair” as a type . The crazy party of my journey is that I always thought I had 4c hair with a relaxer. I been natural for about 6 years, my hair straightened is shoulder length. I used to put my hair in ponytails and my mom ansd everybody use to ask my why my hair was so 'wavy' because I didn't have 'good hair'. I stop everyone from saying that crap, but I did realize my hair is not all 4c, maybe 4b some parts 4a if that's thing. My locaversay was 2/25/23 and I have 2 strand twists and people keep talking about the grade of my hair being soft and curly, I love it! My twists are short since they shrunk of course, but I go get a retwist monthly and I see the budding starting so far. My loctician told me to stop comparing my hair to other's and watching too many videos, but I can't help it! You look beautiful btw!

It’s been 2 months and all that happened was my hair got longer 💀, it literally didn’t lock what’s so ever, it unravels a bit when I put a shirt on/off I have 4a hair I think. And I formed my dreads by twisting wit my finger when ever I’m in class and chillin

Shirt is cute but I think the necklace shouldn’t be worn with the shirt . The shirt is the focal point and the necklace with it is too much .
