First of all congrats on a 3.7 in SEE, secondly, don't study commerce, science or arts corresponding with respect to your SEE GPA, it won't help with anything further. Pick subjects according to your field of interest. If you are clueless, you can always study science with bio as it opens pathway for all UG degrees including MBBS, BBA, BE, CA, ITs, etc. whatever you develop your interest whilst the two years of +2.

Aba respect lai matra chai napada as mbbs padna thalepachi you will have a tough time kinaki unless you are really passionate about medicine, it will get tough.
