Here's a helpful tip to help your bracelets, wall hangings, etc lay flatter....You can wet it and then hold each end firmly and rub it over the edge of the counter, or table, any hard surface with a 90 degree angle. I hope that makes sense, it's kinda hard to describe what I'm trying to say! It made sense in my mind but once I typed it I was worried if people would understand what I meant lol! But anyway, I learned that trick from someone who has made bracelets for over 30 yrs, someone that I've learned a lot from!

I’ve never rubbed it on a table but I’ll soak it in hot water with a touch of fabric softener and then squeeze the excess out and lay on a towel and press more out. Kind of works similar to blocking in knotting or crocheting if I’m finding my knots weren’t very consistent when I was knotting that day. Perhaps I’ll give the table a go the next time I do a soak on something!

I've been trying to work up the courage to tackle alphas again. Been having the hardest time with knot guage I think. Currently working on a 2 color bracelet and REALLY trying to knot looser. 🤔 I think it's helping.... ✂️For crafty ideas: you could do an easy crochet hat tutorial since ❄ winter - it's a coming! Maybe some fingerless gloves 🧤..... (I may need to make myself new ones as well). P.S. Love the video! 🧡🎃

I just finished a bracelet and messed up two bracelets but I didn't stop I'm so proud of myself bcuz I have so many bracelets that I started but not finished them yet and some I'm thinking of a pattern to do but I got some ideas from KZbin

something that helps me stay motivated is to pick patterns I am in love with so that i cannot wait to complete them! another thing that helps me is to decide that something i am making is for a friend/loved one. that way i have my desire to give them something they will love as part of my motivation to finish!
