A guru should be a physical person , after certain sadhana you cannot just think of any deity and perceive them as guru , Yes you can take them as guru but a Physical guru is a must if you want to progress in sadhana

If someone is not aware of some kind of thing, in terms of the nature and the intention of situations, it is not on the right side of seeking. To know, we need inner and outer experiences. Without experience, there is not way to know. So, if someone is refusing extreme external situations because of preservation or security, it is not time for seeking yet. Survival, security, comfort... There are not the qualities of searching truth.

Each day I see clearer how this man gets to confuse more people. Because he speaks from knowledge and he is not speaking by knowing. A guru is not a person. It is a dimension. As the ancient said. Once a scholar touches the written down knowing, everything becomes untruth. I don't know how he does that much sadhana , he looks like he knows about what he talks.... But within, he is so far away from what he preaches. There is nothing of the qualities which he pursues as deities energy he is manifesting or holding within. Asatoma sadhgamaya We live on the lap of truth. It is the first state for the spiritual process.

When student is ready guru will appear. I consider Lord shiva and universe as guru and knowledge.. I respected it.. And when time ripes shiva introduce me to the right guru.. And you ll know that is your guru.. I didn't ask for guru.. I just kept on saying I want to know that.. Constantly.. That's all.. Good luck
